The model attended the Dior show with a long side braid and a pleated pink dress
Cara Delevingne’s success in the world of fashion was resounding; a Veni, Vidi, Vici in every rule. So when she announced her retirement in 2015 after just four years of career, and an almost absolute omnipresence on catwalks, magazines and advertising campaigns, we had to get used to missing her. But her goodbye was not final and, little by little, the British woman has learned to combine her role as an actress with public life and specific fashion and beauty jobs.
And if a few days ago she was parading for Prada in Milan with her short hair pulled back from her face and her characteristic white dyed eyebrows, yesterday she attended the Dior show in Paris turned into a real princess -at least in an animated film-, because her style has reminded us of Elsa, from Frozen, with her long blonde side braid. And it is that. Since she said goodbye to her long hair almost 3 years ago, we hadn’t seen her like this again. A sweet and romantic look that is far from her usual casual style and predominantly black hers.
This time, however, Cara opted for a delicate pleated dress in various shades of pink, with peplum and a combination of a v-neckline and halter neckline. To complete her look, cream-colored stilettos with satin ribbons on the instep and earrings adorned with pearls.
The other ‘frozen’ moment
And although as a good professional the British woman defended her look in the photocall by moving and smiling for the photographers, already inside her, during the parade, we could see that she was not too comfortable with him. In the following image you can see her sharing the front row with other it-girls such as Olivia Palermo, Karlie Kloss and actress Jennifer Lawrence and carefully observing her cleavage to make sure she does not suffer any setbacks as a result of too effusive applause. A very uncomfortable situation that, if it occurs, can really leave you ‘frozen’.
